Pornography and sex-related merchandising is strictly prohibited on all PCSystemsServices.com servers. This includes sites that may infer sexual content, or links to adult content elsewhere. PCSystemsServices.com will be the sole arbiter in determining violations of this provision.

Also prohibited are sites that promote any illegal activity or present content that may be damaging to PCSystemsServices.com servers or any other server on the internet. Links to such materials are also prohibited.

The following content will not be tolerated on our servers:

1. Any Audio or Video Files Period. Flash! is ok. Links to audio or video is ok. First violation will result in deletion of offending content. Second violation will result in offending account deletion and ban from our servers without refund.

2. Any content that is considered to be offensive. This includes but is not limited to pornography and sex-related merchandising. Non-nude teen sites, bikini sites, or anything similar are also not allowed. First violation will result in account termination without refund. NO ADULT CONTENT!

3. CGI based Forums/BBS. You may use any PHP forum such as the one included with your account. First violation will result in deletion of offending content. Second violation will result in offending account deletion and ban from our servers without refund.

4. Software Programs, unless created by the client. This does not include scripts. This type of violation will result in immediate termination of account without refund.

Also prohibited are sites that promote any illegal activity or present content that may be damaging to PCSystemsServices servers or any other server on the internet. Links to such materials are also prohibited.

Examples of unacceptable content or links:
- Pirated software
- Hacker programs or archives
- Warez sites
- Adult content
- Scams

PCSystemsServices.com will be the sole arbiter as to what constitutes a violation of this provision.

Any second violation for any type of offense will result in terminating of your account without a refund. We give you one chance to re-read the terms you agreed to.

Account Suspension
If we are unable to contact a client or do not get proper cooperation from a client in regards to billing or Terms Of Service violations, we will suspend the client's account until the matter is resolved.

MLM (Multi-Level Marketing)
MLM websites are strictly forbidden on any PCSystemsServices.com server. These sites generally are scams and use our SMTP services for SPAM. PCSystemsServices.com will be the sole arbiter as to what constitutes a violation of this provision.

E-mail
Spamming, or the sending of unsolicited e-mail including, without limitation, commercial advertising and informational announcements, from a PCSystemsServices.com server or using an e-mail address or domain that is maintained on an PCSystemsServices.com machine as reference is strictly prohibited. PCSystemsServices.com will be the sole arbiter as to what constitutes a violation of this provision. A user shall not use another site's mail server to relay mail without the express permission of the site. PCSystemsServices.com will be the sole arbiter as to what constitutes a violation of these provisions.

SPAMMING WILL RESULT IN IMMEDIATE TERMINATION OF YOUR ACCOUNT WITHOUT REFUND!

Use of PCSystemsServices.com Resources
You may not resell or giveaway any of PCSystemsServices.com resources without permission. This includes but not limited to: web space, sub-domains, and pop3 accounts. If you are unsure, ask us.

System And Network Security
Any attempt to undermine or cause harm to a server, or customer, of PCSystemsServices.com is strictly prohibited.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or suspend service at our sole discretion.

CGI based forums such as ikonboard and yabb are not allowed on our network as they become a major system drain. You can use PHP based forums or the XMB forum that comes with your Cpanel.

Limitation Of Liability
PCSystemsServices.com shall not be responsible for any claimed damages, including incidental and consequential damages, which may arise from PCSystemsServices.com servers going off-line or being unavailable for any reason whatsoever. Furthermore, PCSystemsServices.com shall not be responsible for any claimed damages, including incidental or consequential damages, resulting from the corruption or deletion of any web site from one of PCSystemsServices.com servers. All damages shall be limited to the immediate termination of service.

Violations of these Acceptable Users Policies should be referred to Abuse@PCSystemsServices.com.

All complaints will be investigated promptly.
Failure to follow any term or condition may be grounds for immediate account deactivation.

Disclaimer
PCSystemsServices.com cannot be held liable for system downtime, crashes, or data loss. We cannot be held liable for any predicted estimate of profits in which a client would have gained if their site was functioning. Certain services provided by PCSystemsServices.com are resold. Thus, certain equipment, routing, software, and programming used by PCSystemsServices.com are not directly owned or written by PCSystemsServices.com. PCSystemsServices.com holds no responsibility for the use of our clients accounts. If any terms or conditions are failed to be followed, the account in question will be automatically deactivated. We reserve the right to remove any account without advanced notice for any reason without restitution as PCSystemsServices.com sees fit.

Account Activation
By activating your account with PCSystemsServices.com, you agree to the above policies and disclaimer. Upon requesting an account activation, you are required to accept these policies, guidelines, and disclaimer and a copy of your acceptance is forwarded along with your activation request to be maintained within your account information.

Technical Support Limitations
We will not debug or analyze scripts of any kind. If you are going to be using scripts, you should be an experienced programmer.

Log File Policy
PCSystemsServices.com reserves the right to clear out large log files at any time without warning in order to free up space on the log partition. It is suggested that if stats are very important to you, to let us know so that we will not remove them without your consent.

"As Is" Policy
All of PCSystemsServices.com services are provided "as is". This means that we will not accept any requests to modify our hardware or software to meet a clients needs. An example would be if there was a script that needed a certain perl module installed. Server modifications will only be made at our discretion.

Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel your account at anytime. Refunds will not be given after the first 7 days of your account activation.

If you sign up for an account and do not follow our terms, no refunds will be given.

PCSystemsServices.com retains the right to change any or all of the above Policies, Guidelines, and Disclaimer without notification.

* Bandwidth is measured monthly. If you need more bandwidth you can either upgrade when your term is up, or buy extra bandwidth at $5 per GB per month.
